It’s a very strange time across the world and we (as with all Estate Agencies) have had to adapt in order to continue business.
It came as a surprise to everyone that we were one of the first industries able to open and it certainly caused some confusion amongst the general public. There’s no doubt that it is weird to be able to have strangers enter your home if the property is on the market but family from different households aren’t allowed to enter yet!
But when thinking about it, for various reasons, it is necessary for a lot of people to sell their properties and we can minimise risk of COVID-19 by following strict procedures.

Over the last few weeks we have been closely monitoring the news and recommendations of Public Health England and World Health Organisation and the new government restrictions with regards to outbreak of COVID-19 (Coronavirus).
As the situation continues to progress, the safety of our clients, purchasers and wider community is at the forefront of our mind and I would like to let you know the following measures we are taking as a precaution in accordance with government recommendations.

First of all, I’d like to wish everyone a very happy new year and a big welcome to our brand-new news site! On a regular basis we will share property industry news, insights and highlight some of the well- known and more hidden gems in our fantastic local area.
As it’s the very start of a new year, I thought that in our first post I’ll write a brief overview of the property market in 2019 and what the property market is beginning to look like in 2020.
