It’s a very strange time across the world and we (as with all Estate Agencies) have had to adapt in order to continue business.

It came as a surprise to everyone that we were one of the first industries able to open and it certainly caused some confusion amongst the general public. There’s no doubt that it is weird to be able to have strangers enter your home if the property is on the market but family from different households aren’t allowed to enter yet!

But when thinking about it, for various reasons, it is necessary for a lot of people to sell their properties and we can minimise risk of COVID-19 by following strict procedures.

Over the last few weeks we have been closely monitoring the news and recommendations of Public Health England and World Health Organisation and the new government restrictions with regards to outbreak of COVID-19 (Coronavirus).

As the situation continues to progress, the safety of our clients, purchasers and wider community is at the forefront of our mind and I would like to let you know the following measures we are taking as a precaution in accordance with government recommendations.

Until further notice we are working remotely and our office will be closed to visitors.

Our business systems (including phone system) run on a remote working platform and we will always be contactable.
